An award winning All-Star cheerleading coach and choreographer with more than 25 years of experience in the sport, she has trained and mentored hundreds of athletes while building competitive programs that consistently perform at a high level. Known for her ability to inspire athletes of all ages, she has helped teams achieve success at local, regional and national levels. Her passion for cheer extends beyond performance- she focuses on cultivating confidence, discipline, teamwork and leadership in every athlete she coaches.

Valerie brings more than 16 years of cheer experience to our program. She has cheered at the All-Star, High School & Collegiate level. She served as a captain at both Madison H.S. & UTSA both here in San Antonio. Her leadership experience and competitive background have shaped her coaching philosophy, emphasizing strong fundamentals, discipline, and performance excellence. Her goal is to create an environment where athletes are challenged to grow, support one another, and represent the program with excellence both on and off the mat.

With a passion for design, photography and storytelling through visuals, she brings a creative vision that elevates every aspect of the brand. Known for her exceptional attention to detail and distinctive eye for style, she blends creativity with strategy to produce compelling visuals and cohesive branding. Her ability to capture moments, design with intention and add a signature flair has made her the driving creative force behind the brand’s identity and visual presence. And a cheer mom herself, she knows the way to every cheerleaders heart-cute swag!
